By attending our events, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

Media Usage: Photos, videos, and electronic photographs provided before the

event dated 02/03/2024 may be used on social media platforms like Instagram,

Facebook, and our website, Transformativeyou.life. The purpose of this media

usage is to educate, expand on our services, detail the event, and provide visual

content related to the services rendered.

Sharing with Third Parties: Media may also be shared with other vendors, their

clients, and guests attending events organized by Transformative You 2 Matter.

 Rights Granted:

1. Permission for Transformative You 2 Matter to interview, film, photograph,

tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of you and/or record your

voice, distort or publish photographs and video content to our choosing.

2. Agreement that media captured may be used in various contexts, aligning

with the general purpose of Transformative You 2 Matter's activities.

3. Permission to use your name.

4. Permission to use quotes or excerpts from interviews, films, photographs,

tapes, or voice recordings in publications and on social media platforms, in

various media forms including newspapers, magazines, websites, and

more.

Privacy and Data Protection Statement

Data Protection: Your personal data collected during our processes will be

protected in accordance with the HIPAA and Privacy Act of 1974, as well as the

State of California Privacy to Data Rights.

Confidentiality: Identifiable personal information, including payment details,

address, name, and age, will not be disclosed and will remain private and secure

in both record and verbal form.

No Monetary Compensation: You understand that there will be no monetary

compensation for the use of your images, videos, or audio recordings.

Waiver of Rights:

You waive the right to inspect or approve the final use of any photographs

or electronic media now or in the future, and waive any rights to royalties

or compensation arising from their use.

You agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Transformative You 2

Matter and its agents or employees from any claims or liabilities related to

the use of these media.

 Consent Duration: This consent is valid for 2 years post-event (02/03/2024).

After this period, renewed consent is required for further media use.

 Revocation Right: You may revoke this consent by notifying Transformative You

2 Matter in writing via email, 60 days prior to the event. Revocation will not affect

actions taken before the receipt of your written request.

Vendor and Independent Contractor Rights

Vendors and Independent Contractors reserve the right to withhold their

information unless they choose to share details about their business and services

directly. Transformative You 2 Matter is not liable for information exchanged

between vendors and customers.

Copyright and Trademark Protection

Our content, including website material, courses, and event-related materials, is

copyright and trademark-protected. It is not permitted for consumer distribution,

sale, or unauthorized copying.

Any fraudulent copying of our material, including photographs, movies, or event

planning materials, will be addressed legally to protect our vendors, independent

contractors, and our brand/trademark.
